Andy Mohr Automotive Group in Palatine, IL is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers on the lot, guide them into the sales process, and demonstrate vehicle features. You will assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs and help complete sales applications.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of auto technician experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Team player and fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory sheets.
• Demonstrate vehicle features on the lot to facilitate decision making.
• Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
• Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot daily and reporting any problems to the General Manager.
• Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
