Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales and service appointment inquiries by phone or internet and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate questions and issues with department personnel.
• Track sold vehicles and hot sheets; confirm special order parts.
• Follow up with phone and internet sales leads and manage paperwork.
