Job summary

Groundswell is seeking an experienced testing leader to guide a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation tests. You will translate complex requirements into clear test objectives and manage end-to-end test programs, balancing schedule with quality.

You will build and maintain automated tests using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager, analyze results, and present actionable recommendations to government stakeholders and program leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications including automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex programs.
• Experience translating requirements into testable objectives and plans.
• Experience in an Agile environment with DevOps integration.
• Experience developing automated tests using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy, objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs, assess performance, and ensure schedule compliance.
• Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to test cycles, test plans, and security reviews.
