Job summary

Groundswell, a premier technology integrator serving federal agencies, seeks a seasoned Test Lead to direct a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.

You will translate complex requirements into test objectives, design end-to-end programs, develop automated tests with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and Test Manager, and report actionable results to program leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience testing software applications including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex test programs.
• Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives and test cycles.
• Experience in an Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, ICAgile); knowledge of DevOps integration.
• Experience developing automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Knowledge of commercial test environments and operating procedures.
• Certification from SAFe Agile, ICAgile Certified Professional, or Tosca Certified User.
• IT-II Non‑Critical Sensitive clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy and schedules.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs, assessing system performance against requirements.
• Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend continual improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
