Job summary
Groundswell is seeking a Senior Test Lead to guide a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing for federal programs. You will translate complex requirements into testable objectives and own the end-to-end test strategy.
In this role you will build automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager, leading defect analysis and actionable reporting to program leadership. A security-conscious mindset is essential.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience testing software applications across system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
- Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex, modern test programs.
- Experience translating complex requirements into testable objectives and test plans.
