Job summary

Groundswell in the United States is seeking a Lead Test Specialist to guide a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing. Translate requirements into test objectives, develop the overall test strategy, and design end-to-end programs.

The role emphasizes building automated tests with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager, and delivering actionable results to government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software testing across multiple testing types.
• Experience supervising test teams and complex programs.
• Experience translating requirements into test objectives and test cycles.
• Experience in Agile environments (SAFe, ICAgile).
• Certification from SAFe/ICAgile/Tosca preferred.
• IT-II Non‑Critical Sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy, objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs within scope and schedule constraints.
• Build and maintain automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Analyze test output and defect data and present actionable results to government stakeholders and leadership.
• Recommend improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
