Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a Senior Test Lead to supervise a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing for federal agency solutions. You will translate complex requirements into test objectives, own the test strategy, and oversee end-to-end programs using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.

You will guide test cycles, support security reviews, and collaborate with program leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with strong growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications across multiple test types.
• Experience supervising a team on complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
• Translate requirements into test objectives and test plans.
• Experience in Agile environments (SAFe, ICAgile).
• Certifications from SAFe Agile, ICAgile Certified Professional, or Tosca are a plus.
• IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy, objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs within scope and schedule constraints.
• Build and maintain automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Recommend continual improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
