Job summary

Groundswell is actively hiring a Senior Test Lead to steer a team delivering system, regression, performance, and automation testing for federal initiatives. You will translate requirements into test objectives, own the test strategy, and drive end-to-end programs while ensuring timely delivery within scope.

In this role you will build automated tests with UiPath Studio/Orchestrator/Test Manager, analyze results, and propose improvements to cycles, plans, and security reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing software applications including system, regression, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team delivering complex test programs.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear test objectives and use cases.
• Experience in an Agile environment (SAFe, ICAgile) with DevOps integration.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated tests with UiPath Studio/Orchestrator/Test Manager.
• Familiarity with commercial test environments and procedures.
• Nationally recognized technical certifications (e.g., SAFe Agile, ICAgile, Tosca).
• IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy—objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs, assessing performance against requirements.
• Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
