Job summary

Groundswell is a premier technology integrator serving federal agencies. We seek a Senior Test Lead to guide a team delivering system, regression, performance, and automation testing, translating complex requirements into testable objectives and driving end-to-end test programs.

You will develop automated test scripts with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager, analyze results for leadership, and propose continual improvements to testing and security reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing software applications, including multiple test types.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex programs.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear test objectives and plans.
• Experience in Agile environments (SAFe, ICAgile) and DevOps integration.
• Automation test case development with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
• Security clearance IT-II is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team delivering system, regression, performance, and automation testing.
• Translate requirements into testable objectives and use cases aligned to mission outcomes.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs within scope and schedule.
• Build and maintain automated tests using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Analyze test output and defects; present actionable results to government stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
