Job summary

Groundswell is seeking an experienced Test Lead/Manager to head a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing for government programs. The role emphasizes translating requirements into clear test objectives, designing end-to-end test programs, and building automated tests with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.

Strong leadership in an Agile environment and security reviews are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience testing software applications including system, regression, performance, and automation testing.
Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex programs.
Experience translating requirements into test objectives and test plans.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases.
Develop and own the overall test strategy — objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
Design and execute end-to-end test programs, assess performance against requirements.
Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to government stakeholders.
Recommend and implement continual improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
