Job summary

NEFF Automation seeks a Technical Sales Representative in the Rochester/Syracuse region to drive new business and grow existing accounts. You will engage with engineers and upper management to tailor our automation solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications

Proven technical sales experience required, with ability to sell to engineers and upper management.
Ability to prospect new business and build relationships.
Strong customer focus and ability to develop/maintain key accounts.
Ability to work creatively, independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Proactively seek, develop, and win new business within assigned territory.
Call on existing customers to grow opportunities.
Identify and target potential customers with a focus on engineers and upper management.
Understand customer goals and manufacturing processes to map solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to generate a stable pipeline of opportunities.
