Job summary

NEFF Automation seeks a Technical Sales Representative to grow and maintain a customer base within the assigned territory. You will build relationships with decision-makers, understand customer goals, and promote Neff Group products and services to improve operations.

You will travel to customer sites, collaborate with inside sales, and drive sales forecasts through effective territory management. This role demands strong technical aptitude and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and product information in English.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude for pricing and discount calculations.
• Proven ability to initiate and develop customer relationships and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Actively calls on existing customers in territory via in person, e-mail, or phone.
• Identify new potential customers by gathering business type, size, and automation level.
• Understand customer goals, operations, and manufacturing processes to identify value.
• Identify decision-makers and build rapport to introduce Neff Group products and services.
• Develop accounts with significant business potential and communicate cost reductions.
• Maintain Customer Contact and Activity Database and monitor sales forecasts.
