Job summary

NEFF Automation seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive new business and expand existing accounts in manufacturing markets. You will engage engineers and senior decision-makers, understand customer goals, and tailor automation solutions to their processes.

You will proactively develop opportunities, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate with teams to deliver compelling value, incentives, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field, robotics/automation preferred.
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience, preferably selling to engineers and upper management.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage relationships, and grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek, develop, and win new business within assigned territory.
• Call on existing customers to foster growth and identify opportunities.
• Target engineers and upper management to uncover new needs and match solutions.
• Understand customer goals and manufacturing processes to tailor NEFF solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate a steady pipeline of opportunities.
