Job summary

Graybar in Seattle is seeking a Technical Specialist - Industrial Automation to support the sales of high-tech automation and control products. You will specify products to meet customer requirements, recommend inventory, and inform staff and customers of new developments in automation technology.

You will provide technical services for operation and maintenance and offer expert support to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive sales/marketing/field experience.
• 11+ years experience preferred.
• Two-year technical degree required.
• Knowledge of automation and control products.

Responsibilities

• Specify products to meet customer requirements and needs.
• Recommend inventory of automation products.
• Inform sales staff and customers of new developments in automation and related products technology.
• Provide technical services to customers for operation and maintenance of automation equipment.
