Job summary
Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation in the Pittsburgh area. You will support sales of automation and control products and work with branch staff to identify opportunities to meet customer needs.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of progressively more responsible sales, marketing, or field experience.
- 2 year technical college degree or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of experience preferred.
- Knowledge of high-tech automation and control products.
- Knowledge of engineering principles related to customer automation products.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Interpersonal, organizational, and team-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
Responsibilities
- Specify products to meet customer requirements.
- Recommend inventory of automation products.
- Inform staff and customers of new developments in automation and related products technology.
- Provide technical services to customers for operation and maintenance of automation equipment.
- Provide technical support of automation and control products to customers and company personnel.
