Job summary

E Tech Group, a leading engineering and system integration firm, seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager in Boston, MA. You will drive new business, cultivate client relationships, and expand our automation solutions footprint across industries.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales of engineering solutions, a solid network, and proven ability to exceed targets. Travel 40%–60% is required; base salary plus uncapped commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, a technical field, or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, industrial automation, Life Sciences, or controls industries.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate opportunities with prospective clients and nurture existing accounts.
• Position E Tech Group as a Main Automation Partner by expanding projects at new and existing accounts.
• Craft and close value-driven technical proposals and secure project orders.
• Maintain accurate forecasts of bookings and opportunities in Salesforce.
