You will qualify opportunities, map stakeholders, and deliver quantified business value while traveling up to 50% within US and Canada. A disciplined, credible selling approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling complex capital equipment, engineered solutions, or technical B2B services with automation/robotics preferred.
• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles (12+ months; high-value deals).
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate capabilities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Carry and exceed bookings targets; own pipeline and plan to hit it.
• Maintain a current funnel view; know opportunities, gaps, and close plans.
• Drive pipeline health, quote velocity, and win rate; act early when needed.
• Take ownership of results; diagnose shortfalls and implement corrective actions.
