Job summary
WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Crane, Hoist & Elevator projects.
You will grow OEM, channel partner, and system integrator relationships, delivering automation solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and safety across nationwide customers. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial automation sales, strong knowledge of VFDs and control panels, and the ability to work with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to close complex opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent.
- 5+ years in business development, technical sales, or account management within industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of VFDs, drives, and automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Grow business with OEMs, channel partners, and system integrators nationwide.
- Qualify leads, develop opportunities, and close new business.
- Coordinate with area managers and sales engineers to deliver custom solutions.
- Analyze financial data and forecast revenue; prepare KPI reports.
