You will grow OEM, channel partner, and system integrator relationships, delivering automation solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and safety across nationwide customers. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial automation sales, strong knowledge of VFDs and control panels, and the ability to work with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to close complex opportunities.

Business Development Manager - Crane, Hoist & Elevator
WEG Electric Corp. is hiring a Business Development Manager, OEM Automation – Crane, Hoist & Elevator. This person is responsible for growing business with OEMs, channel partners, and system integrators supporting lifting, material handling, and vertical transportation applications. This role focuses on delivering automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reliability, safety, and performance for customers nationwide. Responsibilities include developing relationships with crane OEMs, hoist OEMs, elevator OEMs, panel builders, system integrators, and modernization and aftermarket service providers supporting custom, retrofit, and new installation projects. Candidates should possess industry knowledge, established customer relationships, and an understanding of crane, hoist, elevator, and material movement applications.
Candidates should reside in or near Chicago, IL, or another major airport supporting the region.
