Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems to ensure smooth distribution operations.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on maintenance, and collaboration with the client and Operations Maintenance team. A high school diploma, 1 year of experience, and proficiency with MS Office and basic tools are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to solve problems and follow general instructions in standard situations.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE and related equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventive maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with the Client and Operations Maintenance team.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
