Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems within a client facility. You will repair and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, use of CMMS, and coordination with on-site teams. Strong problem-solving skills and physical aptitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Experience with hand tools for repairs.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventive maintenance routines.
• Coordinate with Client and Operations teams for uptime.
