Job summary

CBRE is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a client facility to maintain and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems. You will support safety, reliability, and efficiency across building systems.

You will work with the CBRE Global Workplace Solutions team to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and document activities. The role requires basic tools experience and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with client and maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
