Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and operation of building systems inside a client facility.

You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems to keep operations running smoothly. In this role you will follow safety procedures, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and document preventative maintenance activities while collaborating with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues on material handling equipment (MHE) and robotics.
• Familiar with safety procedures and reporting.
• Comfort with documenting maintenance activities and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
