Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems in a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. CBRE offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Associate or higher degree in mechanical or electrical field preferred.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
