Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems to ensure smooth distribution operations.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on troubleshooting with electrical and mechanical systems, and documenting preventive maintenance. You will collaborate with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams and adhere to CBRE

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and other equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
