Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems to ensure reliability and safety.

Join a safety‑first team and help install, troubleshoot, and document preventative maintenance, while collaborating with the Client and Operations Maintenance staff to keep the distribution environment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with powered or non-powered hand tools and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate building systems inside the client facility.
• Repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Promote a safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance and track inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
