Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support a large client facility. You will maintain and repair material handling equipment and robotic systems to ensure continuous operations.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, installing automated packaging lines, performing preventative maintenance, and documenting all activities in the CMMS. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and ability to

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 1 year of related maintenance experience or training.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hand tools and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb or descend ladders safely.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with client and operations teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
