Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the operation of building systems within a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on problem solving, and teamwork with the Client and Operations Maintenance staff; prior experience with MHE, CMMS, and electrical/mechanical systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to solve problems and follow general instructions in standard situations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
