Job summary

CBRE is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems in a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve functionality of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems across the site.

You will follow safety procedures, perform preventative maintenance, and document work while collaborating with the Client and Operations Maintenance teams. This is a hands-on, on-site technician role.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
