Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the operation and upkeep of building systems inside client facilities. You will repair and optimize material handling equipment and robotic systems, ensuring reliable performance across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to follow general instructions in standard situations.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and move about facility.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
