Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking an Automation Maintenance Lead in the Greater Milwaukee area. This role offers high autonomy on a senior maintenance team, handling complex automation lines, robotics cells, and high-speed processing machinery.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC-driven systems, read schematics, and perform preventative maintenance with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifikationen

3+ years hands-on industrial equipment maintenance experience.
Automation and PLC diagnostic skills in real-world settings.
Proficiency reading electrical schematics and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
Strong reliability, attendance, and long-term commitment history.
Residence within ~45 minutes of Greater Milwaukee, WI.
US citizen or lawful permanent resident status required.

Aufgaben

Diagnose automated production lines with real-time mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnostics.
Interface with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs to trace faults and clear stoppages.
Trace schematics and drawings to perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance.
Maintain fluid power systems including pneumatics and valves.
Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V and VFDs.
Perform light fabrication/modifications to repair or adapt equipment.
