Qualifications

• 3+ years hands‑on maintenance of high-speed production machinery.
• Familiar with PLC diagnostics and control systems.
• Able to read electrical schematics and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
• Proven reliability with strong attendance and safety focus.
• Within 45 minutes of Greater Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automated production lines with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic diagnostics.
• Interface with Allen‑Bradley or Siemens PLCs to trace faults and restore operations.
• Trace schematics and ladder logic to perform repairs and PM sequences.
• Maintain fluid power systems including pneumatics and valves.
• Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V and VFDs.
• Perform light fabrication and welding for equipment modification.
