Acloché LLC in the Greater Milwaukee area is seeking an Automation Maintenance Lead to troubleshoot and optimize complex automation lines. You will diagnose real-time mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, work with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs, and guide robotic cells and high-speed equipment to peak performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with PLC diagnostics (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
• Strong reliability, safety mindset, and steady work history.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot automated production lines in real time.
• Interface with AB or Siemens PLCs to trace faults and restore operations.
• Inspect electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems for preventive maintenance.
