ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking an Automation Maintenance Lead for our Greater Milwaukee facility. You will own the diagnostics and repair of Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, VFDs, robotics, and power systems up to 480V, across all three shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Willing to commute within 45 minutes of Greater Milwaukee, WI.
• US citizenship or Green Card required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose automated production lines to maximize efficiency.
• Interface with PLCs to trace faults and fix stoppages.
• Read schematics and perform emergency repairs.
• Maintain pneumatic systems and power distribution up to 480V.
• Perform light fabrication and welding as needed.
