Your Talent Team is seeking an Automation Maintenance Lead for Greater Milwaukee, WI. The role offers direct-hire stability, a high-autonomy shop floor culture, and exposure to Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, VFDs, robotics, and complex automation lines.

You will own maintenance on automated equipment, participate in cross-functional teams, and benefit from a robust bonus program and a strong corporate benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• US citizen or Green Card holder for legal work authorization.
• Local commute within 45 minutes of Greater Milwaukee, WI.
• Ability to work across first to third shifts, as needed.
• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC fault-tr tracing and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automated production lines with real-time mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnostics.
• Interface with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs to trace faults and clear stoppages.
• Read electrical schematics and ladder logic to perform repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain fluid power systems including pneumatics, valves, and regulators.
• Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V, including VFDs and sensors.
• Perform light fabrication (welding) to modify or repair equipment as needed.
