Accounting Search seeks an Automation Maintenance Lead to own and optimize complex automation lines in a premier Greater Milwaukee facility. You will diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and lead fault tracing on PLCs from Allen-Bradley or Siemens, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on maintenance of high-speed production machinery.
• Experience around automation and PLC diagnostic tasks.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Stable work history with good attendance and safety record.
• Residence within 45-minute drive of Greater Milwaukee, WI.
• US citizen or lawful permanent resident status required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose automated production lines with real-time mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnostics.
• Interface with PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens) to trace faults and restore production.
• Trace schematics and drawings for emergency repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain fluid power systems including pneumatic valves and cylinders.
• Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V, VFDs and related controls.
• Perform light fabrication and welding to modify or repair equipment.
