Management Performance Associates is seeking an Automation Maintenance Lead for our Greater Milwaukee, WI region. The role focuses on real-time diagnostics, PLC fault-tracing on Allen‑Bradley or Siemens systems, robotics integration, and high‑voltage drive systems up to 480V. It offers a direct-hire path with three shift options and strong compensation.

You will own automation lines, collaborate with engineering teams, and contribute to a zero‑downtime culture with profit sharing and bonuses.

Qualifications

3+ Years Industrial Maintenance Depth: Verifiable hands‑on track record servicing and repairing high-speed production machinery, automation, or heavy industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose Automated Production Lines: Real-time mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnostics to keep lines running at peak efficiency.
Navigate PLC Logic & Controls: Interface with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs to trace faults, isolate errors, and clear stoppages.
Trace Schematics & Drawings: Read electrical blueprints and ladder logic to perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
Maintain Fluid Power Systems: Service, rebuild, and optimize pneumatic valves, cylinders, regulators, and lines.
Service AC/DC Drives & Power Distribution: Work with systems up to 480V, motors, VFDs, sensors, and low-voltage control circuits.
Execute Machinery Fabrication: Perform light welding and metal fabrication for modifications.
