Connectly Recruiting seeks an Automation Maintenance Lead for our Greater Milwaukee area client. This role oversees real-time diagnostics, PLC fault-tracing, robotics interfaces, and high-voltage systems up to 480V, with a focus on autonomous, high-precision automation lines.

You’ll own complex maintenance during all shift patterns. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years hands-on experience, strong PLC and schematic literacy, and a proven track record in a non-micromanaged, stable environment with

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience maintaining and repairing high-speed production equipment.
• Strong PLC diagnostic and fault-tracing skills on Allen-Bradley or Siemens systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams confidently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automated production lines to minimize downtime.
• Interface with AB or Siemens PLCs to trace faults and clear stoppages.
• Perform preventive maintenance and light fabrication as needed.
• Ensure safe operation of 480V power systems and VFDs.
