Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and service Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Solid, stable work history with reliable attendance.
• Must reside within a 45-minute daily drive of Greater Milwaukee, WI.
• US citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automated production lines and keep machinery running at peak efficiency.
• Navigate PLC logic and controls to trace faults and clear stoppages.
• Trace schematics and drawings for emergency repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain fluid power systems including pneumatics and valves.
• Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V.
• Execute machinery fabrication including light welding/modifications.
