Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is hiring for a Patient Cell Specialist in Madison, NJ, a 12-month contract with potential extensions. The role requires onsite work Tue, Wed, and Thu at Giralda Farms, with a 9am-6pm schedule (flexible to business needs).

The specialist will manage patient treatment schedules for autologous cellular therapies and coordinate across manufacturing, transport, and distribution. Responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for centers and sites, ensuring continuity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.
• Biopharma experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM/case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for apheresis centers and care sites.
• Maintain continuity between internal and external partners.
• Monitor patient treatment journey from collection to infusion.
• Triage requests in the case management system.
• Maintain training and documentation practices.
