Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Seattle, WA is seeking an Americas Site Account Specialist, Scheduling & Cell Logistics to lead patient scheduling for autologous therapies. This in‑office role collaborates with treatment sites and manufacturing, handling day‑to‑day operations.

You will manage schedules, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal and external partners, and maintain master data while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of work experience required.
• Office-based in Seattle with 50% in-office attendance.
• Shift 8am–5pm local; overtime and holidays may be required.
• Travel up to 10%; international travel not exceeding once per year.
• Strong customer service orientation and de-escalation skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scheduling point of contact for assigned treatment sites.
• Create and maintain patient schedules with sites and manufacturing sites.
• Troubleshoot and develop plans of action for issues throughout the patient journey.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email.
• Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience.
• Maintain transactional data in scheduling system.
• Train treatment sites on scheduling processes.
• Lead meetings with commercial matrix teams.
• Raise escalations and execute as assigned.
• Track account health and provide insights into trends.
