Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Specialist, Global Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics to manage patient treatment schedules across collection, manufacturing, and distribution for autologous cellular immunotherapy products. You will partner with apheresis centers, treatment sites, couriers, and internal teams to ensure the patient journey runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: 17:00 ET – 06:00 ET, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• Assist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners.
• Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners.
• Monitor the Patient’s treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system.
• Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.
