Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is hiring for a Patient Cell Specialist in Madison, NJ, a 12-month contract with potential extensions. The role requires onsite work Tue, Wed, and Thu at Giralda Farms, with a 9am-6pm schedule (flexible to business needs).

The specialist will manage patient treatment schedules for autologous cellular therapies and coordinate across manufacturing, transport, and distribution. Responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for centers and sites, ensuring continuity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.
• Biopharma experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM/case management tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Patient Cell Specialist to join our pharmaceutical client in Madison, NJ. This is a 12-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.

Pay

$30.00 - $34.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Location

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday onsite at Giralda Farms is required each week.

Schedule

9am-6pm depending on business needs (Must be flexible)

Description

The Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products. The primary duty of the Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics is to maintain the day-to-day operations of patients' treatment journey related to their materials, related to transportation, manufacturing, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners.
• Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners.
• Monitor the Patient's treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system.
• Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• Work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.
