Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics to manage patient treatment schedules for autologous cellular products. The role emphasizes coordinating materials, transport, manufacturing, and distribution to support the patient journey.

Responsibilities include serving as a liaison across centers and internal partners, ensuring continuity, and triaging issues in the case management system, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and internal partners.
• Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners.
• Monitor the Patient's treatment journey from collection to infusion and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system.
• Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.
