Job summary

Topcon Solutions is seeking a motivated Software Sales Account Manager for Autodesk solutions targeting the AEC industry. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build strong customer relationships, and drive productivity gains for architects, engineers, contractors and owners.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, market research, and strategic planning within a fast-paced, global sales environment. Base pay ranges with incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Selling Topcon construction products in an assigned territory.
• Prepare written sales planning materials regarding potential customers and forecasting.
• Develop new customer accounts by selling and promoting the value of Topcon products.
• Develop strategies for the adaptation of Topcon technology.
• Obtain and compile data on market trends, competitive products, and pricing.
• Prepares bids and proposals, negotiates contracts, and agreements.
• Negotiate pricing of products to customers and maintain customer contact.
• Develop and document customer visits.
• Participate in regional and national trade shows.
• Performs other duties as required.
