Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group in Prescott, AZ seeks a dynamic Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive Autodesk solutions across architects, engineers, contractors and owners. You will lead generation, manage a full sales cycle, and collaborate with a team to expand the customer base in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

This role requires 1–5 years of sales experience in the AEC industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to travel and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Create excitement and enthusiasm among prospects through consultative selling.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
