Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisers to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Greet customers, explain services, and promote additional maintenance per guidelines.
• Help monitor inventory, safety, and compliance with brand standards.
• Track daily sales, productivity, and key performance metrics.
