You will coach technicians and service advisors, manage scheduling, onboarding, and uphold safety and brand standards while driving customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in the manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling team coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on procedures, POS, and customer service.
• Support inventory, cash handling, and daily sales tracking to meet store goals.
