Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification or willingness to obtain certifications as required by brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Support the Store Manager in supervising daily operations.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling team members to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Help onboard and train new team members on service procedures, POS systems, and customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that reflects FullSpeed Automotive's values.
• Customer Experience & Sales: Greet customers, explain services, and ensure a positive visit.
• Recommend additional services based on guidelines and vehicle needs; assist with upselling.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Store & Shop Operations: Open/close procedures, cash handling, POS transactions; monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure shop and customer areas are clean, organized, and reflect brand standards; maintain safety compliance.
