FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to split time between the service bay, front counter, and back office, supporting the Store Manager and leading a team to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality automotive service.

You will greet customers, explain services, and help with scheduling, inventory, and POS transactions while maintaining a safe, clean shop. This hands-on role offers a path to store leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that includes time in the service bay.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations, stepping in to manage the location in the manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with scheduling team members to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
• Greet customers, explain services, and promote additional services as appropriate.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and POS transactions to support store goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
